The hotel was immaculately clean and perfect. My room had central heating, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave. - the complimentary morning meal was above average, offering scrambled eggs, grapes, and Belgium waffles. - the location was central, next to a movie theater, various restaurants, grocery stores, and many great venues in Prescott Valley.

My credit card became overcharged by $119 for some reason after my stay at Hampton Inn. I had already been charged correctly $209. It was eventually reimbursed, however it was an inconvenience. I expected when making the booking through Booked.net to pay upfront 3rd August 11 not at the time of my stay 16-17th Sept 11. The process could be cleaner.

Functional, beautifully maintained room with nice pillows and comfortable beds and pillows, as example.

The hotel was fairly clean. the staff was consistently courteous and pleasant. - They provided us with hot breakfasts. - the property was not far from several name brand restaurants. - It is located near the event center and other places nearby.

We recommend this accommodation, thank you very much for a really nice stay. The breakfast with scrambled eggs and also fruits is complimentary and above average for what is offered.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, the breakfast had a nice variety with fruits, scrambled eggs, and grapes, just what I needed.

My husband and I love the comfort and cleanliness of the Hampton inns. The staff is always friendly and they have a great lobby area with coffee and tea available 24/7. They also have a great breakfast . We were thrilled to get the price on the room that we got at out stay in Prescott..most of the time we have to bypass staying at Hampton inns b/c the rates are always well over 100.00 per night. Oh.. And they have great matress, and pillows!!

I requested an upper floor room, we were given a 2nd floor.. And that reason is because of the noise of people on the floor above us. This stay it started out quiet until about 2 am.. Then it sounded like a herd of elephants on top of us.

Having breakfast included was quite handy, allowing us to get a quick bite and get going.

The television setup was a bit awkward from multiple viewing angles.

Had a great time during my stay, no issues at all. the breakfast was better than average, loved the variety with yogurt, scrambled eggs, and fruit. the location was convenient 👌.
